To return a product:

1. Complete a returns form. Download here.
2. Send the item(s) with the returns form to:

To receive a full refund, these conditions must be met:

1. Complete returns form
2. Item has been received within 30 days from date of purchase
3. Item is in resalable condition. Item may be tried on, but not worn for an extensive period of time. More details below
4. Return includes all original packaging and instructions

Resalable Condition: Resalable condition is defined as product in original shipping condition. Altered products are not returnable.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless return is due to shipping error or product defect. In these cases, you will be issued a pre-paid shipping label.
